Lower Breck and Mossley have it all to do again on Tuesday night after being unable to settle a hard-fought tie at the Anfield Sports Centre on Saturday.

Lower Breck edged the opening period but failed to test keeper Dale Latham. The best effort of the half being created by the impressive Jamie Menagh whose cross was inches away from being converted by forward Jamie McDonald.

The breakthrough came after 50 minutes when Devon Matthews volleyed home a Jordan Butterworth corner to put Mossley ahead,

Breck pulled a goal back in the 73rd minute when Menagh cut inside from the left before shooting across Latham to level the scores.

The lead didn't last for long as Devon Matthews equalised with a brilliant solo goal, jinking his way through the home defence before powering home from the edge of the box.

Not to be outdone it was that man Menagh once again who again cut in from the left before smashing an unstoppable shot in the top left hand corner, giving Latham no chance.

Breck could have won it at the death when a free kick was headed onto the post by centre forward McDonald.
