Mossley are awaiting International clearance for versatile player Paul Murphy who has returned to the country after over a year with Irish Leaguers Bray Wanderers.

The 22 year former Northern Ireland u-19 International returns to Mossley for a second time having played a few games on loan in 2004/05 season whilst still with Manchester City.

Murphy, who is equally at home in the centre of defence, central midfield or attack will provide manager Jason Beckford with much needed competition for places in the starting line up as the currently wafer thin squad looks like being without leading scorer Peter Wright, who appears to have played his last game for the club.
