Mossley manager Gerry Quinn has signed left sided player Danny Ryan from North Ferriby United at the second attempt.

Ryan was a Quinn target shortly before the financial difficulties hit home in December and he was unable to sign him at that time.

However, Gerry finally got his man in time for today's 4-2 win over Chorley, where Ryan made an excellent debut on the left side of midfield.

Ryan was previously with Liversedge, Bradford Park Avenue, Harrogate Town, Lancaster City and Ossett Town and has made 24 appearances for UniBond Premier North Ferriby this season.
