Mossley defender Steve Sheil has incurred an ankle injury that could keep him out for several weeks.

Mossley boss Gerry Quinn couldn't hide his disappointment when he said, "It is quite a serious injury which could keep him out for several weeks. It is a pity that this injury has occurred because it looked like Sas and Lee Connor were forming a decent defensive partnership."
