Goalkeeper move is a surprise!

MOSSLEY manager Chris Willcock has acted quickly to replace goalkeeper Liam Higginbotham who has moved to New Mills having been "made an offer he couldn't refuse".

Arriving in Higginbotham's stead is highly rated keeper Andy Robertson who has signed from Ramsbottom United.

Robertson was previously with Maine Road, Flixton, Salford City, Rossendale United and Droylsden.

He made his Mossley debut in tonight's 2-1 win over Radcliffe Borough in the UniBond League President's Cup.
