23/10/08Mossley manager Chris Willcock has signed midfielder Reece Kelly from Leigh Genesis.
The Salford born 19 year old (dob 29th September 1989) was released by Wigan Athletic and later went on to join Rochdale. He was a member of the first team squad at Spotland during the 2007/2008 season and featured regularly in the reserve team.
Having been released by Rochdale at the end of last season he signed for the newly rebranded Leigh Genesis in the summer.
He is said to be a hard working midfielder who is strong in the tackle.
Kelly had a spell on loan at Salford City earlier this season and appeared for them in the League Cup tie against Mossley, being involved in both Salford goals that night.
