Mossley entertain UniBond League First Division South pacesetters Stocksbridge Park Steels in the Preliminary Round of the Carlsberg sponsored FA Trophy tomorrow (3pm) with £2,000 in sponsorship money and a home 1st Qualifying Round tie against the winners of Goole AFC and Nuneaton Town awaiting the winners.

Stocksbridge have made an excellent start to the new season and currently lie in 3rd place behind Carlton Town and Retford United with a record of:- played 8, won 5, drawn 1, Lost 2, goals for 24, against 10, points16. They were however kocked out of the FA Cup last Saturday losing 2-1 at Bracken Moor to Mossley's next FA Cup opponents Curzon Ashton.

Stocksbridge are managed by former Belper, Frickley and Grantham boss Gary Marrow who saw his side respond to the Curzon loss by winning 3-2 at Goole in the League Cup in midweek.

Mossley manager Chris WIllcock is likely to keep the same line up that beat Kendal in the FA Cup last weekend and has no new injury worries. It is uncertain whether Dave Hanlon will be fit to resume after his late withdrawal from the Kendal match with a calf injury.
