Cup progress beckons!

Mossley boss Chris Willcock has no new injury worries ahead of tomorrow's FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round tie at Flixton.

The Lilywhites, fresh from Tuesday's exhillerating 3-1 victory over FC Halifax Town also have Leon Henry available again after being absent through work commitments on Tuesday, giving Willcock a selection headache of the best kind for a game that sees the Lilywhites billed as firm favourites to progress to the next round.

Despite winning their Preliminary Round replay against Bottesford Town 7-5, the Valley Road club have experienced a torrid start to their Vodkat North West Counties League season and are so far without a victory to their name. On Tuesday night they were thrashed 6-0 at Atherton LR, leaving them in 21st position with just one point gained from their opening games.

* Please note that the UniBond League Challenge Cup 1st Round tie at Salford City scheduled for 30th September has been brought forwward to this coming Tuesday 16th September with a 7.45 pm kick off.
