With important summer signing Phil Charnock still ruled out through injury and with fellow close season recruits Dave Prout and Dave Hanlon unavailable Mossley boss Chris Wilcock faces a dilema as to Mossley's midfield line up for tomorrow's FA Cup Preliminary Round against "Vodcat" North West Counties League Premier Division side Ramsbottom United at Seel Park (3.00 pm).

Ramsbottom United boss Andy Feeley is also without a number of key players through injury and suspension but Feeley said: “We’re still without a few players but we can’t use that as an excuse. The FA Cup always throws up some shocks but as long as the players who go out on the field give me 100 per cent then that’s all I can ask for.”

There is £1,500 prize money available to the winners from sponsors E.on.

The winners of the tie will travel to either Bottesford Town (from the Scunthorpe area) or Flixton in the 1st Qualifying Round on Saturday 13th September.
