Young Mossley winger Jordan Cuff scored the decisive goal for the Manchester County FA under 18's side as they won through to the Association of Northern Counties Cup final on Friday night beating the West Riding FA 3-1.

The Manchester team started with eight Mossley players in the staring line up, Nick Howard, Andy McKernan, Tom Clarke, Ben McNamara, Alex Byrne (C), Joe Heap, Jordon Cuff and Fabio Abreu with a ninth, Wes Harney on the bench.

It was a difficult game as the West Riding FA are very strong. Fabio Abreu put Manchester in front in the first half but West Riding equalised before the break.

With 20 minutes left FC United of Manchester's Matty Tierney hit a 25 yard screamer into the top corner and five minutes later Jordon Cuff cut in from the right, beat two defenders and smashed a shot in the top corner.

Having already won the Association of Northern Counties League the Manchester FA side now go into the final of the cup against the Durham FA at Durham on 21st May.
