With suspensions to key players looming Mossley boss Shaun Higgins has added three new players to his squad in time for Saturday's FA Trophy tie against Nantwich Town at Seel Park.

Speedy wing back Cavell Coo has signed from Curzon Ashton. Coo (23), Began his career as a trainee at Crewe Alexandra with whom he reached the semi finals of the FA Youth Cup and has since played for Altrincham, Witton Albion, Droylsden and FC Halifax Town.

Goalkeeper Josh Ollerenshaw (20) has signed on a one month loan deal from Oldham Athletic. 6’ 5” Ollerenshaw (age 20) hails from Ashton-under-Lyne and attended Hulme Grammar School in Oldham. He played in the same Latics youth team as new Mossley team-mates Chris Rowney and Aaron Chalmers and has this season been given the first team squad number 23.

Also arriving on loan is midfielder Michael Thomas (18). A product of the Macclesfield Town Centre of Excellence, he made his first team debut at Burton Albion in late September 2009 after impressing for the Youth Team and has so far made 4 first team appearances for the Silkmen. Equally at home in midfield or the centre of the defence, at 6' 1" he is strong in the tackle and good in the air and was rewarded with his first professional contract in the summer.
