Commercial Officer Vacancy

Mossley AFC are currently looking for a dynamic person for the position of Commercial Officer.

The appointed person will provide new business income for an ambitious football club.

Payment for the position is on a self-employed, commission only basis, with an extremely generous 25% of any new business offered to the successful applicant.

The main areas of the position are to gain investment for the club by way of sponsorship and other general fundraising activities, including programme advertisements and match sponsorships, etc.
Experience of working within the football, sports, or the sales industry would be beneficial, but is not essential. Experience in sales and ‘cold calling’ would also be an advantage.
Mossley AFC is a community club, with a long and proud history, run by volunteers.
