DEPARTURES HIT MOSSLEY
KEOGH AND HUMPHREYS GO

Mossley have lost the services of Andy Keogh and Ryan Humphreys who have both left the club in the last few days.

Keogh was the subject of a seven day approach by Premier Division Nantwich Town while teenage striker Humphreys was coaxed to join Salford City having not yet established himself in the Mossley team. Also, striker Danny Broadbent appears to have now left the club after being absent from training and matches for the last three weeks.

The Lilywhites also faced an injury crisis going into Saturday's game at high flying Farsley with several players sidelined. New boy Brandon Windsor being the latest to join the queue for the treatment table having tweaked a hamstring at training on Thursday. He is joined on the injury list by Ryan Marley, Wayne Welbeck, Simon Gallanders, James Lawrence-Forbes and James Blair. The Lilywhites are also without the suspended Kyle McGonigle for four games while Charlie Anderson (3 games) and Dougie Carroll (1 game) begin their bans next Saturday.

On the plus side, Luke McCarthy, Phil Drummond and Danny McDonnell are now back from injury while two former Lilywhites are also back training with Mossley in Steve Yarwood and Brian Matthews but both are still short of full fitness. Mossley have also signed rookie central defender Tom Dean who has impressed in training after stepping up from Sunday football in the Macclesfield area.
