Mossley joint bosses Peter Band and Lloyd Morrison have brought in highly rated central midfield player Danny Murray on an initial one month loan deal from Stockport County.

Murray (19) began as a junior Stockport County's Centre of Excellence but was then snapped up by Manchester City and then played academy football for Wolverhampton Wanderers before returning to County as a senior at the start of the 2014/15 season.

He made several first teamm appearances for 'The Hatters' last season before injury and illness caused him to miss most of the season.

"He's got a great running style and glides across the pitch. He's got a pass in both feet and in the system we'll be playing he's going to be a player that supports the front" Alan Lord (Murray's mentor and former Stockport County manager)
