ALI GOES BUT THREE ARRIVE

Defensive midfielder Mohamud Ali has departed from Mossley and signed for Droylsden but Mossley joint bosses Peter band and Lloyd Morrison have brought in three players with the signing deadline looming.

With goalkeeper Jony Diba-Musangu struggling with the recurrance of an ankle injury, the Lilywhites have brought in 19 years old AFC Fylde goalkeeper Max Povey on dual registration forms. Povey is a former Everton and Morecambe youth player who helped Everton's juniors win the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland in 2013.

Two players have arrived on loan from FC United of Manchester - attacking midfielder Tyrell Palmer and defensive midfielder Mike Jones.

Palmer (age 20) is a former Bolton Wanderers trainee who FC United signed from local side Moston United who share FC United's Broadhurst Park facilities. He has made 16 first team appearances for FC United this season.

Jones (age 19) has made 17 first team appearances for FC United this season after graduating through the club's youth academy.
