LILYWHITES BORROW CHORLEY STRIKER

Frontman Harry Pratt has joined Mossley AFC, initially until the end of December.

Chorley under 21's Manager David Chadwick was quick to praise the young striker. ‘Harry is big and strong, with footballing skills beyond his years.’ He added ‘I’ve played against him in training so I know just how strong he can be. Plus he knows how to pick out a goal.’

Chadwick was quick to confirm why Pratt has been loaned out. ‘Although we’ve started very well in the league again, with five wins out of five, it’s not all about the results for me. As the name suggests, we are a development squad, so its all about recognising players’ potential and helping them on their way to senior football.’

He added ‘Harry has the ability to play for our first team, however he needs game time in competitive football first which is why I’m delighted that Mossley have taken him on loan.’

Harry (age 20) has had previous spells with FC United of Manchester and Clitheroe.
