Mossley will have to wait to discover their opponents in the Emirates FA Cup Preliminary Round as the Lilywhites will host the winners of an extra Preliminary Round tie between North West Counties League rivals St Helens Town and Cammell Laird.

In the FA Youth Cup Mossley's academy team entertain Litherland Remyca in the Preliminary Round with the winners again drawn at home to the winners of Sandbach United vs Cheadle Town.
