KEEPER LATHAM IS LATEST ADDITION

Following Liam Lovell's decision to leave Mossley, manager David Fish has brought in experienced keeper Dale Latham from Glossop North End.

Latham (age 29) began his playing days with Chadderton before spells with Droylsden, Winsford United and Atherton Collieries.

He was a member of the Colls squad won the Northern Premier League Division One West title in 2018/19.

For the last two (albeit incompleted) seasons he has been an ever present at Glossop where he was also team captain.

Fish has also added to his backroom staff with the arrival of two coaches and a football analyst.

Coach Scott Thompson was previously 1st Team Coach at Tintwistle Athletic and worked across the youth teams at Uppermill FC. Scott has also previously worked at Manchester United Soccer Schools and Oldham Athletic and is working towards his UEFA B Licence.

Coach James Stokes' coaching career started in 2014 with Govan Athletic in the Manchester League. He has since worked with Barrow along with Preston North End and Fleetwood Town Academies.

Analyst Jack Varey recently earned a Sports Science degree from University of Salford, where he studied performance analysis, physiology and biomechanics. Jack is a former Mossley Juniors player.
