Talented attacking midfielder Jack Banister was signed from Widnes in September 2021.

Banister (age 26) began his non league career with Widnes helping them to promotion to the Northern Premier League in the 2017/18 season.

He then spent the 2018/19 season with FC United of Manchester where he scored 7 goals in 38 appearances in National League North before signing for Curzon Ashton in July 2019.

Jack joined Warrington Town on dual registration from Curzon in October 2019 and briefly re-joined Widnes in February 2020. He then signed for Atherton Collieries before re-joining Widnes for a third time in late 2020.
