Imrie to Ivison

Born on 29th July 1961.
John Imrie's career started at Bury after which he signed for Buxton where he played as a striker, but on joining Runcorn he successfully converted to a midfield role. He then played for Altrincham and after a brief loan spell at Rhyl, he signed for Northwich Victoria in 1987 before moving to the Macclesfield Town the following year.
He joined Mossley as new manager Ged Coyne's first signing when he signed from Runcorn in February 1992.
He moved on to Droylsden in November 1992 and then Glossop North End in 1994.
Imrie became assistant manager at Runcorn and then manager of Woodley Sports after retiring from playing.

Tom Ingham was an extremely quick and skilful wing back who impressed in pre season 2011 after attending trials. He was selected to represent England Schoolboys at under 18's level but unfortunately an ankle injury ended his season early and he was forced to drop out of the squad. He also represented the Manchester County FA at u-18's level. Previously a junior with Manchester United, Stockport County and Bolton Wanderers.

William Ingleson	1920/21	1	0	Stalybridge Celtic Stockport County Mossley (1-0) Macclesfield Whitchurch Hurst	In the First World War William Ingleson was with the Royal Welsh Fusiliers serving in Egypt, Mesopotamia and France over a period of four years. After the war he had trials at Stalybridge, Stockport County and Mossley joining Macclesfield for the 1921-22 season. He signed for Macclesfield as an inside forward but during his time with the reserve side made the move to full-back. Towards the end of the 1921-22 season, following an injury to Chadderton, he was promoted to the senior side where he remained until 1924. For most of the time he played at full-back although in the 1923-24 season he showed his versatility often filling the left-half position. William was described as a resolute player who tackled fearlessly and never gave up on what looked to be a lost cause. On leaving Macclesjfield he signed for Whitchurch for the 1924-25 season and moved to Hurst the following season. Away from football he lived in Stockport and was a cotton spinner by trade. He was a champion runner, winning six medals for distances from one mile to five miles. In addition, he was a keen cricketer and at one time headed the bowling averages for St Paul's Cricket Club.

Mark Innes started his career with Oldham Athletic in the 1997–98 season. He first established himself in the first team in the 1999–2000 and 2000–01 campaigns, making 73 appearances. A loan spell, later made permanent, at Chesterfield followed where he made 76 appearances. He then signed with Port Vale making 28 appearances. When later on trial at St Mirren an achilles injury ended his professional career. He joined Hyde United in 2007 making 67 appearances over two seasons. Innes joined New Mills in 2010 and in the 2010/11 season played regularly in the Millers NWCL title winning season before joining Mossley in the close season of 2011. He returned to New Mills in October 2011.
